[RTTY] FSK 700Hz Offset

FSK TX/RX Offset

I have a 700Hz offset between TX and RX for FSK that I cannot live with.

I'm using MixW v2.07 set in mode RTTY using secondary PTT/RTTY port
  and an Icom 718 in FSK mode (with TxD feeding the rig).

I do NOT have this problem when using AFSK with the LSB rig mode.

Do I have a rig problem or a MixW settings problem?
Why me, Oh Lord?
How do I fix it?
