[RTTY] signal monitor

Hi All,

I am attempting to use MMTTY and an Icom 706 MKIIG (my back-up rig) in the FSK mode. It seems to work fine, but I am unable to monitor my RTTY output via speakers or headphones.  This is not a problem in the "soundcard" modes; thus it leads me to believe that the 706 provides for no monitoring function of output sounds. The manual does not address this issue. Is anyone familiar with this rig in the FSK mode?
