DX Spotting was: [RTTY] T33C

Unfortunately here, it is not just $10 month for a 2nd line and the
minimum charge includes a limit on number of hours.  Go over the limit
and pay extra.  Also, some of us have financial limitations on disposable
income due to life circumstances, but that is only my own problem.
