Hello,

A couple of appropriate surprises turned up in the mail today - 
certificates for finishing fifth SO World and second place SO 15 meters in 
the 2003 SARTG WW RTTY Contest.  Great timing on the SARTG  to have the 
certificates show up a day before the 2004 Contest!

Congratulations to EO6F, HG1CCS, KH6ND  and EU1MM for, respectively, 
finishing one through four SO AB and to IK1HXN for SO 15 meters first place 
finish.
