[RTTY] rtty contesters seem to upload immediately

Indeed, within 3 hours of finishing the contest I had 10 confirmations when
I uploaded to LotW - but they are never the ones I need though!!  Great to
see the LotW confirmations climbing.

I've noticed this before.
Work a rtty contest, and it seems to be a "contest within a contest to see
who gets their
log onto LoTW first.

I didn't work many in the SCC RTTY Cham. but sure looks like most of my
contacts have
uploaded already.
