[RTTY] rtty contesters seem to upload immeadately

I've noticed this before.
Work a rtty contest, and it seems to be a "contest within a contest to see who gets their 
log onto LoTW first.

I didn't work many in the SCC RTTY Cham. but sure looks like most of my contacts have 
uploaded already.
