[RTTY] OK RTTY Rule change!

Darn!! Was always fun watching the score jump by hundreds of thousands 
of points after working a new OK station on 40/80 metres near the end of 
the contest...

So, that means that a normal 20,000,000 score last year will now be only 
400,000!!

I'll miss this year's OK RTTY as the Canadian Winter Contest is on this 
Saturday...I may change my mind yet...
