[RTTY] FMRE logs and summary sheet submission

I talked last night to my good friend Pepe XE1J,
who is the Contest organizer and checks the logs and
 summary sheets received.

Two things:

1.- Yes, he will accept electronic logs (cabrillo is ok) 
and he would prefer the summary sheet to be written in the format provided
by the web site. (He does all the log checking by hand !)

2.- He would love to automate the receipt of logs
and log checking by using the Cabrillo format.
However, he does not have the proper software to perform 
this activities, perhaps someone could give a hint or help  
in how to get it and what kind of hardware is required?
