[RTTY] PSK in RR

Just wanted to let everyone know I will be keeping my promise and NOT 
operate PSK31 in the upcoming RR.  If any of you have a dental 
background (working PSK in a contest is like pulling teeth!) and want 
to watch a football game during the contest, it should be an easy 
plaque to win :.)
