[RTTY] K4WW SO/Single Xcvr HP

Given time and a more favorable date (not in direct conflict with another
World Wide contest) I believe this contest will survive. Band conditions,
competition on 40 with ARRL DX SSB, and low participation made "staying in
the chair" difficult. All stations that I worked knew the exchange and it
made for much more efficient operation. I'll leave the scoring to the log
checkers!  :)
