[RTTY] 40m subbands CW/RTTY/SSB

Hi,
recently, after the BARTG Spring RTTY contest we saw a complaint 
by a french station about RTTY ops "intruding" into the 40m CW
sanctuary. I very much hope that he will voice an even stronger
complaint, when the multi-kilowatt(ERP) SSB contesters will trample
on the entire region-1 40m band again in this weekends WPX SSB
contest.
