[RTTY] TX9 -Reversed I'm confused

Hi!

You need to flip the RTTY TONE  Norm/Rev switch on your FT-990.  Otherwise, 
you will never get this situation resolved.

1.  Read your FT-990 instruction manual.  (The page in mine that addresses 
this is p. 20, under (1) RTTY TONE.

2.  Open the small Top Access Panel.

3.  Look in the upper right hand corder and you will see the RTTY Tone 
switch.  Switch it to the OPPOSITE setting that it is now. 

This should solve your problem. 

Of course, run tests with other stations whom you KNOW are properly 
configured.
