[RTTY] TX9 -Reversed I'm confused

WORKS EVERY TIME !
NOW if more of the NEW rtty ops would just do this and turn the drive down 
to the audio input of their soundcards and turn OFF that useless AFC and 
NET .They would have more fun on rtty
