[RTTY] TX9 RTTY RITE SIDE UP

Yesterday morning when the TX9 came up on 20 meters he was sending and recieving rite side up.  The proof is that OZ8ABE worked him first from what I heard and I worked him just after the OZ and I was running FSK rightside up.  Several of the W4 stztions were sending upside down however.  That is my $.02 worth as I have him in the log.  73, Bill Dawson W7TVF
