Sure, Bob Furzer's Logger16 or Logger32 can handle this with ease. You
will need 1 extra 
( total of 3 ) 2 metter rigs, and 1 extra TNC, but from there, you get
your packet, Logger resends it, the other TNC and 2 meter rig then
retransmit it, and the final rig and TNC get it.
