Add your sound card to the above. I had one which used a 3.8 mhz
oscillator and that thing ruined reception. BTW, I would suggest
removing the card as the best way to check. Also, some stereo changers
use a primary frequency of about 14.7 for control. And as someone
suggested, unplug it. Mine stays in standby even when off.
