[RTTY] writelog rtty windows and restarting the program

actually, of the four instances, I get the text window location of the first 
instance, and the control panel of the third instance, in order of setup... 
which makes the re-config more tedious since I am rearranging and resizing
windows.

sounds like I might try shutting down the instances in reverse order before 
shutting down WL to see if they can then be restarted in some more orderly 
manner...
