[RTTY] writelog rtty windows and restarting the program

You can run several instances of the MMTTY plugin, but at shutdown it 
only saves one config - which is always for the last instance you set 
up.

WL can't help with this problem, because the MMTTY plugin saves its own 
window location independently.
