[RTTY] Rascal

Dick and All, Plugging just the cable into the RTTY port on the back of the
rig results in no action... but plug the other end into the Rascal and into
transmit mode we go. So I assume that the cable itself is not the problem. I
tend to think that there is a problem with the Rascal. Sorry about all the
double posts... I had a problem when I included BuxCom's addy and thought
that the emails were not getting sent. Thanks Cort K4WI
