[RTTY] WF1B And Rig Interface

Vilnis,

SUCCESS!  I decided to reinstall from my original Win98 CD and format the
drive.  It seems that Win98SE is the culprit.  Standard Win98 works fine.
All appears back to normal with RTTTY/RITTY.  Thanks for your suggestions.
