...and with the 3 QSO rule it's probably a good idea to set up a canned
message that says "<call> SRI NOT YET" or something similar to send to a
guy when he calls you before you have the 3 intervening QSO's and no one
else calls that you can answer.

The QSY rule is the same: 1 KHz for S&P, 5 KHz for CQ. After an
S&P QSO, you can make one more QSO on that frequency by calling
CQ.
The big difference is that on RTTY, you can work the same station
again after three intervening QSO's.
