[RTTY] Delete, if you're not going to Dayton

Over the past 20 years or so I have attended most of the rtty forums at 
Dayton, but this year since it is downtown I will not.

Moving the Antenna and contest forums to Downtown and not providing 
transportation is wrong.

I remember when the DX forum was over at the High School.  At least it 
was close to the Hamvention and the had buses.

I hope the hall is completely full but I doubt it.

I guess they have to make room for some more Computer vendors at the 
Hamventions.
