[RTTY] Writelog & MMTTY Engine Fails

Good luck Lloyd, I had a similar problem for over a year and nothing I could 
do solved the problem.  It happened on two different PCs with both Windows98 
and XP.  I gave up and switched to N1MM and MMTTY which has worked 
perfectly.
