[RTTY] Writelog & MMTTY Engine Fails

Hi
I had a similar problem a lot of time ago.
The first time I remove MMTTY and reinstall it.
This problem happend again and I remove only the .ini and .mdt file in
the MMTTY Directory.
Try to move this file in another Directory and start again WL with MMTTY
