When you change to FSK, you need no mike connection at all for
transmit. The PK232MBX will have a RTTY output which connects to the
appropriate connector on the '746, but it's just an on-off type
keying signal. No audio content at all.
You still have to run the audio from your speaker or line out to the
'MBX for receive, just like before.
