Jules has gone QRT from Amateur Radio but there are some excellent articles
about him in the September and December Twin City DX Association newsletters
which can be found at http://www.tcdxa.org/newsletter.html .  He recently
receive a service award from the ARRL for his 70 years in Amateur Radio.

Thanks to Jim, K0JUH, for keeping me updated on Jules.

We have missed Jules on the air, but he will continue to be in our thoughts.
