[RTTY] New RTTY

	In regard to not lumping all new rtty operators.
	Several years ago we had an influx of 'no code' and us oldtimers
were grumbling.  Especially on the ride to work repeater. 
In a short time 2 - 3 years these newbies had upgraded. 
Our club field day was struggling.  Same few people half interested. 
Here come the newbies herecome the newbies.  We had newbies on 40 phone and
20 phone and food and ran 3 transmitters for 24 hrs and took first in our
section.  For several years the club had very successful field days and
placed very well.
