[RTTY] Is West Virginia rare???

Brian,

Having worked the WAS program in all modes and all bands I have learned the
rare state is the one you have not worked.  Like DX certain countries are
rare DX until you work them. Once worked they are just DX.

I was please to see many from the rare states working the RTTY Round-Up in
the S&P mode and appreciated the QSO's.  Still no joy for me for DC and OK.

Many of us appreciated your participation from West Virginia.
