[RTTY] RTTY WAS on LoTW help

Hi Mark,
Most likely you only need to add a starting date for your WAS award. My own
count went from a handful of States to a count of 50 as soon as I inputted a
date.

Also, in case you are not aware the award programme via LoTW does not start
until the end of February.

Any one tell me how to make the WAS option on LoTW work?  The 
"instructions" insuffient for computer illiterate like me.  Tried "adding" 
etc and only got 16 states on RTTY - confident that is not accurate.
