  I was thinking last year to submit my application for BARTG awards. 
  But how can I send the payment? Just put 10 bucks cash into an envelope?

If you submit a log for the Sprint, (or the Spring contest in March), then
you can apply for an award based on your log.
There is no need for cards, or other form of proof! All you need to send is
a list of the countries claimed, and for which award.
