[RTTY] The other guy's TX is reversed

There is no standard polarity between radio mfrs.  He probably doesn't 
know he's upside down.  Depending on the radio and his RTTY software, 
either he has to change a software setting, rewire his connector, flip a 
switch, or change a menu setting.
