[RTTY] 250 hz filter on RTTY

For a while I was using AFSK with the TS-2000 and only 500Hz filter.
Since I switched to FSK I can use the DSP filter down to 250Hz, what
a différence... a must in my case.

Now looking for a FL-101 250Hz/9Mhz filter for my second radio, IC-746
