Hello .
Maybe JARTS robot is looking for uppercase in file name , as in examples

FORMAT: CALLSIGN-CLASS.CBR
EXAMPLE: JK1VXE-A.CBR
EXAMPLE: JK1VXE at 2-A.CBR (meaning JK1VXE/2-A.CBR)
