Comcast is blocking incoming mail from contesting.com.  This has been 
an on-going problem.

There were about 8 folks (Comcast subscribers) whose list email was 
disabled due to excessive bounces.  I enabled the accounts again.

If you have ANY WAY to avoid using Comcast's mail servers, I suggest 
you look into it.
