They do have N6TQS, who would certainly be in that category.

I did a search through my log (55,444 QSOs) to see if I had worked any
of the other ops on RTTY and found only one: RA3AUU, and only one QSO
with him back in 1995. 

I don't know what this proves, other than I have too much time on my
hands. Time to go rotate the air in my tires. :-)
