[RTTY] Blacklisting over zealous callers

One school of thought is to "work" the guy and "log" the QSO.  Just to get rid
of him/her.  CT and Writelog (possibly others) let you take notes "on the fly"
so you could note why this person was or wasn't logged, when the QSL eventually
comes.

The problem with this approach is it's like hitting a dog in the nose a week
after he pees on the rug.  The dog has no idea why he was just hit.  This kind
of "education" can't teach anything.

Unfortunately, to teach the lesson "in real time" means pausing a possibly
unruly pileup.  If you lecture the guy who never stops calling, will s/he even
hear you?  And if you work that person just to get rid of him, then others
might be encouraged to call also.

You will never stop some callers.  However, if every caller thinks they have a
legitimate chance to work the DX, then I believe patience and therefore better
operating prevails.
