You already have heard many good suggestions - but I would like to know what a 
CI-V level converter has to do with RTTY ops? The CI-V CAT interface allows 
computer control of transceiver functions, like frequency, mode, memory 
contents etc. But it has no or only very indirect influence on what is 
transmitted (RTTY). 

Are you perhaps looking for an integrated interface which connects cour 
soundcard to your radio and offers a CI_V level converter as well?
