0200-0300 UTC, and
0500-0600 UTC  Friday (Thursday evening, North America)

Feel free to initiate duplicate contacts.  These are, after all, practices.
And, depending on participation dupes can boost activity.

Even in the contest, it is smart to work dupes.  Paulo and his log checking
software don't care ... they give us credit for one contact per band per
call sign and the others are ignored, no penalty.  Better than wasting time
discussing it during the contest and risking a NIL if your prior contact
isn't in the other station's log.
