[RTTY] WPX 2007 Initial call with exchange

Hi All

I experienced the opposite of the s&p station sending an exchange before being acknowledged by the running station.  To wit:

I have only seen this a couple of times, but it sure is time consuming.  But, I would say that the plentitude of RTTY Elmering and good RTTY Info web pages manifests itself in the general good habits of most new RTTY contesters.
