Hi Shelby,
you wonder why you receive so many NAQP logs by email?
Here is why:

16. Log submission: Entries must be postmarked no later
    than 14 days after the contest to be eligible for 
    awards. Methods of log submission in order of 
    preference are as follows:
a).......
b) E-mail log (ASCII text file, or Excel file if template used):
CW: cwnaqp at ncjweb.com
SSB: ssbnaqp at ncjweb.com
RTTY: rttynaqp at ncjweb.com
