[RTTY] TS-2000, MFJ-1279, WinWarbler and FSK

Here is the scoop on how to set it all up.  Thanks to several guys (TF3TTY & KØRC plus some others) for pointing out that "normal" in the Kenwood FSK menu means "reverse" to most of us.
 
Change TS-2000 menu item 39 to "inverse"
Place jumper between pins 1 and 2 of JMP 4 (TxD) on the MFJ-1279
Remove any jumper on JMP 5 (DTR)
Run cable from RCA jack (CW Jack) on back of MFJ-1279 to pin 2 and ground of ACC2 (DIN Connector required.)
On WinWarber Config\Config\RTTY tab check FSK LSB radio button and set drawdown window to RTTY
Leave optimal offset to default setting 2210
Check correct FSK Control ComPort Setting for your computer.
In WinWarbler Config\RTTY\MMTTY Setup\Misc tab, check Sound + Com-TxD or Com-TxD(FSK) button (either one seems to work okay in my setup.)
In Spotcollector Config\General tab, be sure Interoperation Digital Mode Application says WinWarbler.
