[RTTY] North Dakota was missing in the ARRL RTTY Round Up

Hi Don:
  Please let us know how  you make out.  Fargo is all of the way across 
the state for me,  and I know of no such institution on this side of 
the  state of ND, but one never knows unless one puts out some feelers.  
Great idea BTW.
