[RTTY] ANARTS ADIF to Cabrillo Converter

For my own purposes I developed an ADI files (ver.2.0) to Cabrillo file
converter used for ANARTS contest data processing. Anybody has access to
this converter via web

Short help page is also included. On the web site it is possible to upload
contest ADI file and then download entire Cabrillo file as well as related
check file for deeper contest analysis and detailed check. Messages about
sucessfull usage as well as about any obstacles are appreciated.
