[RTTY] Install error.

I recently upgraded my computer and in the process updated to 10.62H.  I had been using 10.52F.
   
  I have installed MMTTY and it appears to be working fine, but when I try to install 10.52H I get an error message; "system error 1058 service disabled"  I am using windows XP home.
