Continuous calling is annoying, but as long as they are split and not
on the DX's frequency it is at least tolerable, unlike the SWAT team
that sits on the DX frequency and says "not your turn" or some
variation of that. 

In fact, that is so counter-productive I wonder if they are not really
a jammer. I have seen that on SSB where the jammers pretend to be
police and do way more harm than good.

I don't mind someone sending a quick "up up" when the transgressor
doesn't get it, but a long winded TX is way out of line.
