[RTTY] Macros in the JARTS

If we could only broadcast that so that all RTTY opr. got it.

By the way I was wondering if some software still need the DE
to highlight the callsign or move it to the entry window, I think it was
the case with RCKrtty.

I like the RUN station that confirm with TU at the begining, this way
I move away faster.

I have short and long report macros for different condx.

One thing for sure there were lot of new calls in the JARTS.
