[RTTY] Flex decodes two rtty sigs simultaneoulsy

Hi Bill,

Ok, I have no idea how your SDR works.  I'd guess it uses virtual com ports. 
If that is the case I'd guess you would just setup another virtual com port 
in the SDR and configure MMTTY to FSK/PTT on that port.
