[RTTY] New One

I got a nice early Christmas present. When my RTTY program was working I
worked BX5AA, Jimmy, on 20 meters on
22 November 2008. Received the QSL today, 22 December 2008 for a new RTTY
DXCC call. My RTTY DXCC is now up to a total of 256 confirmed.

I am still working on solving why I can't use the RTTY programs. That will
have to wait until after Christmas now.
