[RTTY] [CQ-Contest] EU HF Championship & SCC RTTY Championship 2008 results

Hi Andrei,

We removed column with the exact QSO time few years ago. If I remember well
the reason was something regarding LOTW or other QSL traffic (public logs
were not accepted or something similar).

SCC is publishing all UBN reports, we will think about the possible changes
in the future.
