[RTTY] VP6DX on LoTW

Roberto EA2RY,

Thanks for the QST on VP6DX and LoTW.  My contribution
was sent with the direct QSL rather than in advance and
that explains why I could not find a match on LoTW.

I upload all logs to LoTW but my DXCC totals are 100%
with QSL cards.
